Aging: 18 months, partly in tonneaux and partly in steel vats, depending on the vintage

Organoleptic analysis: Intense, ruby red. The nose features a scent of ripe, black and red cherries, balanced by spicy and herbal. The palate is rich, with clearly perceptible and well-structured tannins, a full body and a tasty, long finish.
